Now that summer is gone and fall is upon us, the August new home sales numbers are out and we are watching the trends of new home sales going into the fall and winter. We are also seeing new and continued foreclosure delays along with auction postponements. With the glut of inventory on the market and overstock of homes, home prices will fall again in the coming months. Similar to a department store reducing prices to move their inventory and bring in the new fall fashions.
